Chocolate Peanut Butter Green Smoothie!

Breakfast is called the most important meal of the day for a reason!

A nutritious meal in the morning not only kickstarts your metabolism but will also give you the energy to get things done during your day!

Eating breakfast doesn’t only promote heart health but can actually give you a mental edge. Stable glucose levels can help your ability to focus, reason, and process information.

If you feel like you’re always running short on time in the am to prepare a healthy and nutritious breakfast for yourself, we can help!

Try this super easy and absolutely delicious Chocolate, Peanut Butter Green Protein Smoothie (yep it sneaks in some veggies) to start your day on the right note!

INGREDIENTS

2-3 ice cubes

1 tbsp Peanut Butter (replace with any nut butter you like)

1/2 Banana (can be frozen!)

1-1.5 cups Almond Milk (or any kind of milk you prefer)

1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

1 scoop Collage Powder (optional)

1-2 cups Spinach

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

DIRECTIONS

In your blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
