The Loyobo FIT Guiding Rules

These 8 rules are the Loyobo FIT way of life and are reflected in everything that we do. They represent our values and ethics, but also our promise to you - our members and fitness family. 

We want to do fitness differently. Here's how.

#1. We believe strength comes in all shapes & sizes.

There is no "one-size-fits-all" path to health and fitness. There is no perfect body archetype that we aim to follow. We focus on body positivity and helping you use fitness as a foundation for loving your body.

We want to help you find your own strength and work towards achieving your fitness goals in a way that works for YOU. Let us show you what your body is capable of!

#2. We always find a way to make fitness inclusive.

"Can't" is just a matter of perspective: you can and you WILL. Maybe not right now, but we will help you figure out what you CAN do at this moment and create a plan to help you get there. It might not look exactly as you expected - but when there is a will, there is always a way. 

It doesn't matter where you start from, as long as you take the first step.

#3. We embrace challenges, sweat and the beauty of imperfection & forgiveness.

Not everything will be easy. We don't shy away from a challenge or avoid something because it is hard. It is always better to try and fail, than to never try at all. If something doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. We believe that when we can be uncomfortable and vulnerable, that is where the real magic happens. 

We encourage you to define your own vision of success and help you to embrace the journey it takes to get there . 

 

 

#4. We believe in the power of movement. 

We want you to move and find the joy that comes with seeing what your body can do. Fitness is a never-ending journey and our goal is to help you realize how it can help you live a happy, healthy, independent life.

#5. We fill our vocabulary with self-love and admiration.

We truly believe that you are awesome and we want our language to reflect that. Through positive self-talk and daily affirmations, we want to help you become your own biggest cheerleader and find the confident inner rockstar we already know you are!

 

 

 

#6. we celebrate every accomplishment, no matter how small. 

The hardest part of any journey is recognizing progress. It is so easy to get caught up in the future and focus on your next goal or the next big milestone, which often leads us to forget about staying present in the moment. Every step in your journey is important. We want to help you remember to look back at how far you have come and celebrate your wins. Whether it is your first push-up or your 100th, we will be there cheering you on! 

 

 

 

#7. We put people above profit, always.

We believe that there is more to running a business than just the bottom line. We are committed to social responsibility and work hard to ensure that every decision or choice that we make gives back to our community, the environment and always puts our members first.  

 

 

 

 

 

#8. Most importantly, we believe fitness should be fun.

We want you to smile during your workout and feel better than before you walked in - no matter what! That is our guarantee to you. Laughter is the best kind of exercise!
