You are sitting looking out at the water and mountains on a private beach, surrounded by other women who are laughing and playing games in the sand. You take a deep breath, smelling the trees and the mountain air.
In this moment, you realize how much lighter you feel and how connected you are with your body (and yourself). How confident you feel in your swimsuit. There is strength in this vulnerability. It is one of those rare moments that you know will be a key part of your story.
You now know, without a shadow of a doubt, that you are not alone. The women here have made sure of it. As you turn to walk back to the cottage to join them in the kitchen for dinner, which will be cooked by a private chef, you feel that sparkle of life inside of you.
This is what it means to truly love yourself.
This 3 Day Retreat is all about YOU spending time loving on yourself and your body, surrounded by women who will become key pillars in your support network (and lifelong friends!). It is an opportunity for members of the Loyobo Community and Alumni of the Love Your Body program to connect with themselves on a deeper level to experience profound transformation.
The perfect blend of luxurious relaxation and self-reflection that will guide you in stepping out of shame in order to see yourself in a new way, with a newfound confidence. A fun girls weekend that combines social activities with powerful workshops and group coaching sessions, to ensure you leave with an unshakeable belief in your own self-worth.
Daily workshops will be led by me, Courtney McCarthy, and are designed to be an immersive experience – pushing you outside of your comfort zone, while I am there to guide you through every step of the way. The sessions will focus on being in your body in new ways – recognizing the old stories of what it means to have a summer body and reclaiming a new version of it for yourself. Building confidence in a swimsuit and feeling at home in your skin. Participants will be encouraged to dive deeper and explore their vulnerability to experience true transformation in their relationship with their body.
Meals and drinks will be fully provided, including dinners cooked by a private chef. Meals will be an opportunity to connect with other retreat participants and the Mindful Eating approach. Participants will also prepare a lunch together one afternoon, as an opportunity to practice meal preparation and put Mindful Eating skills into practice.
2 nights in a private Swiss style cottage located in the stunning Blue Mountains of Collingwood, with unlimited use of the hot tub, private beach on Georgian Bay, 10 acres of forest, outdoor deck, and grounds
