Whether its been by dieting and restricting yourself of your favourite foods, guilting and shaming yourself into making “good” choices, using exercise as punishment, or paying thousands of dollars in wasted gym memberships, weight loss programs, or supplements. You know that you will be happier, more confident, desirable if you just could lose a bit of weight.

But none of it has worked. You are exhausted, frustrated, and still searching for answers. You want to feel better, have more energy, better sleep, less aches and pains, and better sex. You want to feel more in control, to be able to wear the clothes that you want without worrying what people will think of you.

And there is a voice inside of you that tells you it is possible. To feel the way that you dream about feeling. To not feel held back by your insecurities, fears, or how you feel about your body… but you are afraid that the answer is out of reach.

I want to reassure you that it absolutely is possible and the answer is closer than you think.

THE REASON THAT NOTHING HAS WORKED TO DATE IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE BEEN SOLD A BROKEN STORY BY THE BEAUTY AND FITNESS INDUSTRY. THE TRUTH IS THAT DIETS AND WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMS DON’T WORK, WHICH IS WHY YOU HAVE HAD TO KEEP LOOKING OUTSIDE OF YOURSELF FOR NEW SOLUTIONS.

There is another way, though. One that is based off of understanding your body: how it works, what it needs, and honouring the wisdom inside of you. One that focuses on joyful and intentional movement, intuitive eating and mindfulness, and establishing an authentic system of support and encouragement.

My mission is to be your guide and translator, to help you get unstuck and to create a lifestyle that works for you and your body. You deserve to feel good in your skin and that’s what we’ll do together over the next six months.

As the founder of Loyobo, I get up every morning with the goal of helping people (especially women!) to step into their strength and confidence. To share my experience breaking through years of fear and shame that millions of women experience every day. That is why I am so excited to announce that I am now able to work with a few women each month in a One-to-One capacity.

IN SIX MONTHS, WE WILL WORK TOGETHER TO HELP YOU TO DEVELOP A LANGUAGE OF TRUST, FRIENDSHIP AND UNDERSTANDING WITH YOUR BODY.

To understand how you got here, what has kept you stuck, and why everything you have tried so far isn’t working.

You will create a clear plan for wellness, including: fitness, your relationship with food, a social support system, and healthy boundaries in your life. You will figure out how to live with ease, to take the stress out of understanding what to eat/when and finally step out of the constant battle it feels like you are in with exercise.

And most importantly, you will free up the time and energy that you currently spend obsessing over your body and your weight so that you can spend it on what matters the most: your family, your career, your big dreams and those moments that bring you JOY. Step out of the struggle and into easy, calm, and knowing your worth!

It’s time to ditch the diet, the stress, and the cycle of shame FOR GOOD.

This means wearing what you want, doing the activities you have been too afraid to do, taking up space, claiming your worth, saying YES to your life and opportunities, and making choices that make your SOUL sing. It means smiles, laughter, and feeling FREE to live the life you know is possible.
