Membership and Subscription Pause Requests

We are sorry to hear you are thinking about pausing your membership.

It’s important to remember that getting the results you want (which is loving and feeling good in your body) requires showing up when it is not always easy. Having consistent access to a community like Loyobo and attending the group coaching calls can help you work through challenging periods.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, like you aren’t getting use out of your membership, or like you need a break – we are here to help. You can book a free session with our team to share what is happening in your life so that we can help. Whether it’s just being an ear to listen or someone to talk to, providing resources or creating an action plan with you – often the time that you feel the urge to step back is actually the time when it can be most beneficial to recommit to your self-care.

Membership Pause Policies

 

  • A membership freeze or pause is available for a minimum of one month and up to a total of 3 months in any given calendar year.

  • A notice of 72 hours before your next payment is required for a pause request to be processed. If insufficient notice is given, you will be required to make your next payment and the pause will be applied to subsequent payments.

  • You cannot attend any classes, special events, or workshops while your membership is paused.

  • Your membership discount does not apply to any purchases while your membership is paused.

  • Guest passes cannot be used while your membership is paused.

  • You will not have access to the On Demand Library.

  • A $12.99+tax monthly fee will be charged during your pause. This allows you to keep access to the Loyobo Family Facebook Group, as well as your current membership price/contract.

  • You cannot change or cancel your membership while it is paused. You must first “unpause” the membership to make any changes.
