We are so sad to hear that you are thinking about cancelling your membership or subscription! We value every member of our Loyobo family and would hate to see you go.
Here are a few things to consider before submitting your cancellation request:
We offer different membership and subscription levels! Have you thought about changing to one that better suits your needs or budget?

You need to have a current membership to remain in the Loyobo Family – Our Community Facebook group.
Without a membership, you lose access to all member discounts, guest passes, and other such perks and privileges!

Monthly Memberships
You must provide one payment notice to cancel your monthly membership
A cancellation request must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the date of your requested final payment. If notice is given in the middle of a billing cycle, the subsequent scheduled payment will be the final payment charged to your credit card.
If your membership or subscription is currently paused or frozen, you cannot change or cancel until you “unpause” your membership or subscription. To unpause, please email [email protected] before submitting your cancellation request.
One Year and Six Month Prepaid Memberships Memberships/Subscriptions
All prepaid memberships and subscriptions are auto-renewing
You must provide a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to the renewal date in order to terminate your membership. Please note that some of our older memberships require 30 days notice. Please check your membership agreement for details.
