2) Make drinking water more convenient – take your water bottle everywhere, add water to all your meals, drink some water whenever you feel hungry!

Create a rule around drinking water, for example, drinking a bottle right after waking up in the morning before you eat or drink anything else. Link it to something you do often in the day – such as starting or ending a Zoom call!

The easier the process is, the more likely you are to succeed.

When you tie it to already ingrained habits, its a bit like “piggy backing” and requires less thought!

3) Make water more interesting – you can add a variety of things to water such as fruits, herbs and unsweetened tea to make it taste better and more exciting to drink!
