I am so excited to share my latest Zumba Fitness video with you! It is a fun and simple way to work the lower body. In just 3 minutes, you will work help firm up your booty and feel the burn! Plus - you will have a lot of fun doing it.
The song is called Down by Fifth Harmony.
A few quick tips as you do the workout:
- When you squat and side lunge, make sure your weight is in your heels. Sit back like you are sitting in a chair.
- Keep your core engaged, flex the abs towards the spine.
- With all the movements, make sure both feet are facing forward!
- Squeeze those glutes! Especially on your way up out of the squat or lunge movement.
